Fresh and lively, some citrus and tart white-fleshed fruit. Clean and well made and will develop further. Lovely green apple skin there, too.

Nice tension in this wine; primary fruit takes a back seat to wet stone and river pebble characters. Subtle but nice balance of fruit and seemingly terroir-driven characteristics. Flavours are not huge or punchy but clean, precise and long with great clarity. Looks good.

Ripe banana and stone fruits, bitter kernel, musky and floral, alcohol comes through spicy and warm. Coconut lolly, strawberry musk, if you're into wines that taste like Iced Vovos then this is for you. Palate has some savoury lees influence almost reining it in. Full flavoured.

Neutral nose, but this wine shines with savoury lees nuttiness and tension on the palate. Good texture, good drinking.

This has some really lovely concentration of golden fruits, peach and pineapple; texture and acid also very good. Lovely.

Black olive, piney resin and medicinal herbs. Palate is generous and bold with great acid, keeping the wine in balance. Tannins are juicy and match the intensity of the wine, bold wine with plenty of presence. Harmonious.

Big nose with hints of medicinal notes, wood spice and cedar. Nice definition. Acid is fresh and tannins chalky and well integrated. A good mouthful with cedar, cassis and tobacco all in there.

Interesting herbals, aromatic Thai basil and plums. Palate is cooling, pure with pristine fruits of cherry, orange skin and plum. Mulled wine spices. Juicy grip from tannin, lingers with a joyful acid.

An alluring nose due to its layered, sweet fruit and use of vanilla oak (which is not in excess, albeit high). It has gentle mouthfeel with cassis and bloodplum. It shows soft edges and approachability. Fairly unashably hedonistic drinking.

Sweet luscious violets and soft perfume. Palate has freshness from bunchy character followed by sweetness. Some really pretty qualities to this wine.

Poppy red colour. A real pop of aromas: tomato, blood plum, a bit of sweat a bit of maraschino liquor. Mouth filling mouse. Mouse pucking acidity. Simple but effective red sparkler that has freshness but also texture.

Light, yellow and clear. Reductive, sesame and real sake aromas. Yellow apricot and nashi pear. Full of flavour; savoury, soft, plump. Maybe lacks pop on the palate but is highly original.

Dark bright red. Rancio. Sweet red plum, moody, very primary port-style wine. Palate is unusually dry. Has tannin. Almost more of a late pick red than a sweet. Perfect to enjoy as a match for dessert or chocolate.
