    Light, yellow and clear. Reductive, sesame and real sake aromas. Yellow apricot and nashi pear. Full of flavour; savoury, soft, plump. Maybe lacks pop on the palate but is highly original.

    Opens perfectly with a striking cherry red colour. Very clear. Nose is lifted, fresh and fruity. Fresh cherries and Red Ripper lollies. Lovely light mousse and slippery cherry palate. Good intensity. Very clean.

    Charms with a crisp, clean nose of amaro herbs and cola notes. Glossy, full-flavoured, long and bitter. Palate is slippery and sexy. Lovely balance between spirit, acid and bitter herbs. An absolute bloody winner over ice – this is summer in a glass.

    Clear pale straw. Fresh muscaty aromas, sweet jasmine flower and honeydew melon. Bright acidity carries the sweet palate to a lingering citrus and floral finish with glossy flow.

    Elixyr Botanica - Vermouth

    State: Western Australia

    TASTING NOTES:
    Herbal, tobacco leaves, tangerine rind, clove, cinnamon spice, dried plums, wet earth sous bois action. Dried citrus notes on the palate, sweet but fab to see little more acidity on the palate for a standalone drink.

    Silent Noise - Cloudy But Fine Primitivo Under Flor

    TASTING NOTES:
    Dark bright red. Rancio. Sweet red plum, moody, very primary port-style wine. Palate is unusually dry. Has tannin. Almost more of a late pick red than a sweet. Perfect to enjoy as a match for dessert or chocolate.

Skin Contact / Orange Wine

    Koerner Wine - Pigato/Vermentino

    State: South Australia

    TASTING NOTES:
    Lemon balm, verbena, citron, sea spray. Really high acid, crunchy and fresh. Soft. Like a grown up Icy Pole. Almost like a Yuzu wine. Very distinctive. Needs to be cold and you need to be hot.

    State: Western Australia

    TASTING NOTES:
    Light orange/peachy hue, slightly cloudy. Looks delicious! Fresh nose, peach iced tea. Clean and fresh. Firm young tannins carried well by sweet fruit. Good length. Will be amazing once tannins settle. Yum!

    Vino Intrepido - 'A Pound of Flesh' Skin Contact Vermentino

    State: Victoria

    TASTING NOTES:
    Yellow colour, slightly cloudy. Super bright nose. Peaches and melons. Viscous, waxy palate with well balanced with bright natural feeling acidity. Touch of warmth. Yum.

    Afro Pig - Pinot Gris

    TASTING NOTES:
    Light red colour. Cranberry and rhubarb aromatics. Leafy and spicey. Very fresh, bouncy and chewey. Really fun wine made for excessive drinking with big smiles.

    TASTING NOTES:
    Bit shy on the nose to start, raspberry and pink grapefruit in tow, slight fairy floss, Turkish delight, confectionery notes, nice clear acid to finish.

    TASTING NOTES:
    Pithy lemon and green melon. Some spicy complexity. Medium weight well balanced acidity. Fruit carries nicely to the finish.

    Toffee, nuts, caramel, rich and delicious, really creamy and malty, finishes clean with balanced spirit.

    TASTING NOTES:
    Leather and raisins, unctuous, this is more like it, with texture finishing savoury and nutty. Yum.

    TASTING NOTES:
    Ruby fruit with plum, some brown spice and warming alcohol. Walnut there too. Youthful and reasonably simplistic but well made and enough interest to come back for more. Good stuff.

    Apple and brine, touch of walnut, palate has quite a bit of texture. Nice apple acidity and sweet apple taffy.
