Terms & Conditions

  • Entries are open to Australian producers only. Only products that are made within Australia are eligible to enter.

  • All entries must be bottled or canned and labeled with the submission identification number given at the time of submission.

  • All products must be commercially available in Australia.

  • There is no minimum production of cartons.

  • It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure correct details are provided.

  • There is no limit to the number of entries per producer.

  • All entries become the property of Drink Easy Pty Ltd once submitted.

  • The Drink Easy team (including each head steward nationally) reserves the right to transfer entries from one class to another class if deemed best fit for the producer.

  • We require four (4) bottles of each entry for wine, regardless of corkage type.

  • We require six (6) bottles or cans for cider, beer, mead, other fermented alcoholic drinks, alternative beverages and non-alcoholic beverages, regardless of closure type.

  • We require two (2) bottles of each entry for spirits including sake (the only exception to the rule is if the bottle is 500ml or less, in that case we require three (3) bottles).

  • We require two (2) bottles of shrubs and cordials (unless in a 500ml bottle or less, if this is the case three (3) bottles are required.)

  • Drink Easy Pty Ltd, Hillebrand accept no responsibility for, and will not pay for, any freight, loss or damages. Under no circumstances will either Drink Easy, Hillebrand or any employees be responsible for the late, non-delivery or mis-delivery of any entries.

  • Entry fees will not be refunded if an entry is not received by the due date, withdrawn by the exhibitor after entry, or if disqualified by the Head Steward(s). Entries can be added to, or substituted with another, prior to deadline, but not after.

  • Late deliveries will not be accepted.

  • The Judges’ decisions will be final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

Privacy Policy

Judges will blind taste submissions and select the best examples of each successful category individually. The Chief Judge will have the power to disqualify or dismiss any entry, which in their opinion does not meet the judging standard. Such disqualification will be final and no correspondence shall be entered into unless otherwise stated.
