Liam here! I am very excited to see Drink Easy return in 2021. The inaugural Drink Easy awards was one of the first times beer and cider was judged against wine, spirits and other beverages and it was great to see our category top the list and win Australia’s Best Beverage.
Our Australian Beer and Cider Industry emcompasis a rich and diverse group of producers. What I enjoy about working with Drink Easy is judging is less about trying to fit an entry into a set style box and more about letting the what’s in the glass speak for itself. It makes the competition a great fit for those who are more classic to style and also those products push the boundaries and break the norms.
Myself and the judging team are very excited to see how our industry has evolved in the last few years and reward all your hard work.

Tiffany Waldron has a depth of experience ranging from owning and operating her own venue, working Melbourne’s Good Beer Week, Ratebeer and AB Inbev. Tiffany is the President of Pink Boots Society Australia and is a Certified Cicerone®.
Will Ziebell is the lead writer for The Crafty Pint and was awarded the Australian International Beer Awards' Best Media trophy in 2018. Will was a Drink Easy judge in 2019 and was a great asset to the judging team.
Topher Boehm is the Brewer and Co-founder of Wildflower Brewing and Blending. Topher and the Wildflower team won the top prize of Australia’s Best Beverage in the 2019 Drink Easy awards. Topher brings a great technical knowledge of across all styles to the judging team.
Marc Huber brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, A co-founder of Mismatch brewery Marc also represents The Hills Cider Company. His work as Founder and Festival Director of Adelaide Beer and BBQ Festival along with his former work at Coopers Brewery rounds out a diverse skill set that will be an asset to the judging team.
